At Seipp Construction, we deliver complex infrastructure in high-compliance environments across Aotearoa.
With confirmed Watercare and Ministry of Defence projects underway, we are strengthening our Three Waters capability in Auckland.
This is regulated work. Standards are high. Documentation matters. Testing matters. Safety is non-negotiable.
We are looking for a qualified Water Installer who is also a certified Drainlayer and can operate confidently in this environment.
The role
You will be involved in the installation of:
- Drinking water reticulation
- Stormwater and wastewater pipelines
- Large diameter PVC, PE and concrete pipework
- Manholes, valves, connections and pressure testing
- Work within live, controlled and compliance-driven environments
- You will work alongside experienced Foremen and Engineers, supported by modern plant and equipment.

What you must have
To meet Watercare and Ministry of Defence requirements, you must hold:
- A Level 4 qualification in Drinking Water Reticulation, Stormwater and Wastewater and be
- Certified / Registered Drainlayer qualification
In addition, you will:
- Have proven experience installing drinking water and drainage infrastructure
- Be confident working in wet ground and challenging site conditions
- Hold a clean Class 1 driver licence
- Be reliable and safety focused
Preferred:
- Confined Space certification
- WTR endorsements
- Experience working on Watercare or Ministry of Defence projects
