2 x CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Mō tēnei tūranga mahi: About this role
As a Customer Service Administrator (CSA), you'll be responsible for providing quality administration and training support services to our national field team and customers. This will include entering training agreements, completing database and training agreement analysis, programme and qualification support, managing data transmission, and quality control of the Industry Training Register, managing courses and dealing with customer enquiries.
You'll have access to a wide variety of opportunities across professional administrative services. This breadth of experience is ideal if you're looking to grow your career in Business Administration.
As the perfect fit for this role, you'll have demonstrated excellence in a similar administrative role; you'll be tech savvy, with experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and comfortable with large Database Management. You’ll also demonstrate top-notch customer service and communication skills (both written and oral), be diligent and conscientious in your approach, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity,. You may have worked in an infrastructure industry before, or perhaps you've come from the tertiary education sector; experience in these areas is not essential, but is a definite plus.
This is a full-time 12 month fixed term position based in our Hamilton or Wellington office.
