Connexis | Te Pukenga now has a Learning Support Team to provide our learners with language, literacy, and numeracy support – also known as LLN Support.
To start, we’re offering this support to all new learners enrolling in Level 2 or Level 3 courses with Connexis. New learners will receive an email from the Learning Support Team within five days of their training agreement being registered in our system. The email will give them a link to an online reading and numeracy assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to identify learning needs and to organise additional learning support for those who need it.
The email will come from a new email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, so please check your junk mail. If you are the employer of a new learner, we would appreciate it if you could check in with your new learners to make sure they have received the email.
Any existing learners who are struggling with literacy or numeracy can still get help. Please do not hesitate to get in touch. You can email email@example.com or talk to your CSAM.
